John Hitchcock, P.Eng
John’s primary duties include acquisitions, development of properties, managing facility renovations, union negotiations and the joint over-seeing of daily operating activities.
During the past 19 years, he has been involved in health care including working at Royal LePage and co-founded the Seniors Housing Division at CB Richard Ellis from 1994 to 2006. Since 1998, John was ranked among the top ten producing sales representatives in Toronto in the commercial brokerage field of Seniors Housing & Investment.
John brings the experience of 32 years in the construction, manufacturing, development, and real estate fields. He obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering (B.A.Sc.) from the University of Toronto and further experience in business management, business start-up, sales and Seniors Housing & Investment.
John is also a Professional Engineer registered with the association of Professional Engineers Ontario since 1976.
