FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Oversight of all Operational Activities
Accounting – processing invoices, vendor payments, processing accounts receivable, monthly statements to residents, payroll, monthly financial statements reporting, balance sheets, income statements with applicable budgets and activity reports, monthly food computation, and management performance to the owners on a monthly basis.
Food – menus, dietician services, food vendor contracts, food safety systems, food costing and control.
Health Access to RN’s to assist with the education and training, medication assistance, residents assistance, Life Enhancement Coordinators, implementation and effective use of all health services components.
Maintenance – landscaping, sprinkler systems, pest elimination, snow removal, elevators, HVAC, emergency light systems, smoke/carbon detectors, interior/exterior décor (paint, carpet, tile etc., and vehicles).
Marketing – advertising, promotional brochures, guidance with events, assistance with the development and rollout of marketing plans.
Management – conduct site visits on a routine basis, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for conference call consultation. Work closely with the management team to ensure they are focused on all operational activities and resident satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance – extensive assistance in complying with Federal and Provincial guidelines, regulations, codes, and statues. Province specific policies and procedures, licensing, both existing and renewal. Hands on preparation and education for preparation of inspections and investigations by the regulatory. All Human Resource compliance, elder abuse and workplace safety.
Risk Management – coordination of all risk management services to the facility including liability insurances using qualified insurance brokers.
