Though PrimeTime Living is youthful as a brand, its founders hold a wealth of experience in elder care and retirement communities.

PrimeTime Living's soul is in its ownership and management; Judy Freeman, John Hitchcock P.Eng. and Bruce Elmore C.A.

In 1993, the managing partners purchased their first Independent Retirement Living facility in Chilliwack, BC. Though these three bring impressive backgrounds in sales and marketing, industrial engineering and construction, and accounting and finance, it is the coordination of all these that have made them so capable and successful in growing and implementing PrimeTime Living's concepts.

Judy Freeman has been involved in seniors housing since 1974. In the late 80's she joined Royal LePage to develop a division of commercial real estate specializing in nursing homes and related healthcare. To her list of credits she has been quoted for her knowledge and has provided guidance through the recent evolution and growth of Canadian Seniors housing. She is very well respected in this industry and brings a magic intuition for resident needs.

Bruce Elmore C.A. has held CFO positions with Clark Transport, Skyjack of Linamar and a long tenure as the VP of Finance and subsequently CFO for Greyhound Canada. His knowledge of corporate systems and reporting are integral for the successful integration and management of PTL's growth platform.

John Hitchcock P.Eng. has both corporate and entrepreneurial experience ranging from employment with Duracell to running his own construction company. In the early 1990's, he joined Judy in the growth and development of the senior's housing and healthcare real estate division at Royal LePage and CB Richard Ellis. His vision, organization and skill set allow him to see changes that are necessary for adding value but also develop their form and function.

This industry has wonderful growth potential and demand which exceeds current supply often generating wait lists. The potential for corporate growth is astounding but adhering to their core values this partnership prides themselves on being hands on owners' and leaving their fingerprints on everything. Through this, quality can be controlled and their vision shared by staff and residents alike.
